The Operations Process Manager focuses on leading and improving operational processes, often managing teams and implementing strategies. In contrast, the Operations Analyst primarily analyzes data to identify inefficiencies and supports process improvements. Both roles require analytical skills, but the manager role emphasizes leadership and strategic planning, while the analyst role centers on data analysis and reporting.

The Operations Manager plans, develops, and establishes policies, practices and personnel related to all manufacturing activities of MSI. Identifies the long and short-term needs of the manufacturing activities including capacity, production control, and process improvement. Responsible for coaching and influencing team performance to meet or exceed standards of quality, cost, efficiency and safety. Uses performance management tools to grow and develop team members.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There is a minimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and are at least 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours as business needs arise. Travel may be required depending on the needs of the business. Consistent and regular attendance required.
