Citi is evolving its current commerce offerings and branching into new avenues of growth by offering merchants access to high value cardmembers across Citi's digital properties and partner placements. By combining Citi's scale, trusted customer relationships, and real purchase insights, the business delivers advertising that is relevant to customers and drives measurable, incremental impact for advertisers.
We're building Citi Commerce from the ground up, and we're looking for a programmatic media subject matter expert who knows how to translate client objectives into flawless campaign execution. Someone who is comfortable with detail and precision, and who takes pride in building campaigns that perform, scale, and evolve with the market.
The Business Execution Analyst is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across Citi Commerce. This individual will own the tactical setup, trafficking, and optimization of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, speed, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support process mapping and documentation efforts across workstreams such as billing, controls, and internal operations
  • Assist in developing and maintaining current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") process flows
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Risk & Controls, Operations, and other functions to gather requirements and validate workflows
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Help identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies, and escalate findings to leads for resolution
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure processes are consistently followed and properly executed
  • Support implementation of process improvements and track adoption across impacted teams
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to controls and escalate potential risks or issues
  • Organize and support working sessions, including preparing materials and capturing outcomes
  • Track key tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in branding, marketing or analytics
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, process support, or execution-focused roles
  • Exposure to process mapping, workflow documentation, or operational support activities
  • Experience with documented process maps and workflow diagrams
  • Experience updating SOPs and process documentation
  • Experience tracking tools for process execution and issue management
  • Experience creating and providing summary insights on process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Experience with coordination support for cross-functional initiatives

Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience (Highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field)
