Overview
Publicis Media's Embedded, Central Activation team supports PM Agency clients by implementing paid social and search campaigns to meet performance goals across a variety of platforms.
The Supervisor role is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Supervisor to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns. This role also oversees team members within our global delivery network and collaborates with agency partners to ensure the successful implementation & execution of paid social and search campaigns for Public Media Agencies.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the paid social and search campaign lifecycle from planning to execution. The candidate should be knowledgeable in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (among others), and an expert in social/search platform campaign management functions, including campaign build, creative assignment, performance optimization principles & reporting capabilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with US agency or client counterparts to drive KPI success & overseeing a team that supports activation for paid social/search campaigns. Additionally, the Supervisor will create and manage various workflows to ensure efficiency when working with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of paid search and social media campaigns for agency/clients
  • Support execution, campaign management, and optimizations for paid search and social media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction performance media, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
  • Act as main point of escalation and lead for Sr. Campaign Managers & Campaign Managers
  • Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, and campaign optimizations
  • Attend client meetings, as needed
  • Troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Review optimization reporting and analysis, and guide team to meet performance KPIs
  • Provide guidance for most effective campaign setup and efficient use of reporting systems, provide operational recommendations and procedures
  • Work with technology partners to secure support for daily campaign management and implementation questions
  • Identify areas for opportunity to improve current procedures, and grow internal team capability.
  • Assess agency operations, provide POV and recommendation for improvements and workflow optimizations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in biddable media campaign management or digital operations
  • 1+ year client-facing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Paid Search and Social Media platforms such as Meta/Tiktok/Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Ads, Search Ads 360
  • Direct Report management experience preferred
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and collaborators
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to act as a proactive part of the Publicis Media team, and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages creativity, enthusiasm, and organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
