About the Branch Performance Manager Role

The Branch Performance Manager is a dynamic, field-based leadership role responsible for supporting and strengthening performance across multiple branch locations. This position partners closely with branch leadership to reinforce sales expectations, professional standards, and operational consistency while driving deposit growth, loan production, and customer experience excellence.
This role is not desk-based and requires frequent travel, visiting approximately five (5) branches per week, with follow-up visits conducted to ensure completion of action items and sustained performance improvements. The Branch Performance Manager serves as a coach, resource, and accountability partner to branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site branch visits and follow-up visits to ensure execution of action items.
• Monitor and evaluate branch performance related to deposits, loans, sales activity, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate branch appearance, cleanliness, marketing materials, and professional dress standards.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to branch managers and staff to strengthen sales behaviors.
• Document observations, action plans, and outcomes for leadership review.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and internal partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of retail experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to travel extensively, a valid and clean driver’s license is essential for extensive regional travel
  • Fluent in English; bilingual a plus

Preferred

  • Leadership or performance management
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Schedule

This is a Full- Time position: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Flexibility for evening and weekend work may be required as business demands.

Travel

  • High travel requirement (75%) across the assigned branch network.
