We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day venue operations, support our team, and help drive the continued success of our business.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee all daily operations of the venue and staff. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage late-night shifts, maintain high operational and service standards, drive revenue, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

  • Conduct coaching and performance management as needed.
Operations
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Monitor staffing levels, service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, security personnel, and support teams.
  • Ensure venue readiness for all events, performances, and peak operating hours.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and profitability.
Guest Experience
  • Engage with guests to create a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns and operational issues in real time.
  • Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere consistent with the venue's brand.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times.
Compliance
  • Ensure staff members adhere to local ABC laws, food safety standards, and venue policies.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Promote responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Monitor adherence to company procedures and operational guidelines.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Support revenue growth through operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.

Qualifications
  • Nightclub, bar, hospitality, entertainment venue, or live-music venue management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Nashville's hospitality and nightlife scene.
