Senior DevOps & IT Operations Engineer Location: Nashville, TN Area (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time (Direct Hire) Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base + bonus Reason for Opening: Growth. The organization is expanding its engineering team and investing in a modern cloud-native platform, creating the need for a dedicated owner of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT Operations. This role will serve as the primary owner of cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, and IT operations across the organization. It's a hands-on position for someone who enjoys building, automating, and solving problems. You'll work closely with engineering leadership and have a direct impact on infrastructure decisions across the business.
