As a central partner to both the clinical and operations teams, the Operations Manager helps create a safe, responsive, and healing environment that allows staff to thrive and patients to feel supported every step of the way. Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising direct care staff to support the highest-quality patient care
- Collaborating in the client admission process to facilitate a smooth and compassionate transition into care
- Overseeing daily program scheduling to create a structured therapeutic experience for all clients
- Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
- Serving as a positive role model and mentor for direct care staff; providing feedback, coaching, and training
- Becoming certified as a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Trainer within your first 30 days, after which you'll lead and reinforce CPI and deescalation training across assigned teams
