Leadership, Operations Full Time 9-5pm Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and logistics. Manage and lead a team of movers and drivers, ensuring proper training and motivation for delivering high-quality service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Monitor and oversee fleet activity and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the moving or logistics industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
