Operations Manager

At Precision Medical Billing (PMB), we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes and our commitment to excellence in medical billing. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record of managing multiple departments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a critical management role overseeing Human Resources (HR), Administration, Information Technology (IT), and Finance, ensuring that PMB's operational infrastructure runs efficiently and supports the company's long-term strategic goals under the guidance of senior leadership in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas. While some duties may be performed remotely, candidates must reside in the Houston area and be available to work onsite at our Houston office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across Finance, Technology, HR, and Administration.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Lead process improvement and support automation and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience overseeing Finance, Technology, HR, and Administration functions.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
