About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead catering operations, develop frontline teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role combines event operations, team leadership, client service, menu development, financial management, and business strategy.

The ideal candidate has strong catering knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead teams, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee catering events to ensure seamless execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline catering staff.
  • Manage staffing, resources, performance, and operational priorities.
  • Set team goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and operational leaders.
  • Collaborate across departments and regions to align service standards and business objectives.
  • Develop menus and manage food and event costing to balance creativity, quality, and profitability.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Resolve client concerns, operational challenges, and conflicts efficiently.
  • Support strategies that improve efficiency, client retention, and business growth.
  • Coordinate complex catering operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Make informed decisions regarding staffing, resources, and operational performance.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–3 years of management experience.
  • 0–3 years of related catering or hospitality experience.
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations and event execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including motivating teams, delegating responsibilities, and managing performance.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
