Job description

As the operations manager of our facilities in Rohnert Park and Petaluma you will be responsible for day to day operations of the club and the bottom line membership and training revenue of each location. Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Staff scheduling, training, and sales performance. 
     
  • Management of  memberships, including sales, and customer service.
  • Ensuring facility cleanliness, maintenance and safety
     

The right individual for this position is someone who is passionate about helping others. We are looking for an energetic, positive person who can insert their passion for fitness into the clubs culture, to help encourage our members to become a healthier version of themselves. As a manager you will need to ensure consistent coverage of the office during set office hours and push your employees to contribute to the clubs membership and personal training sales goals.Â
