Title of Position: Territory Operations Manager


Job Description: As a Territory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, managing event logistics and staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will also handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting and forecasting, as well as vendor management. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure all equipment and amenities are in excellent condition. Monitoring staff performance and providing ongoing training to maintain high service standards will also be part of your role. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure the smooth execution of events. Your role will involve working on-site during events to oversee operations and address any issues that may arise.
