An established, growing healthcare practice is seeking a strategic and highly organized Practice Administrator / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, build scalable systems, lead teams, and drive business performance. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, developing people, and creating operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
Operations & Systems Development
  • Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, scheduling, onboarding, and operational processes.
  • Create accountability systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and service.

Business Performance & Financial Management
  • Monitor KPIs including production, collections, payroll, overhead, accounts receivable, schedule utilization, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze business performance and implement solutions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Assist with budgeting and operational planning.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions.
