Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including people management, productivity, process improvement, and cost control. This role ensures the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and proven experience leading teams through change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Productivity

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality production output
  • Monitor and drive performance against established KPIs (e.g., OTIF, Quality, Throughput)

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline employees
