- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key operational metrics including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures and best practices across the operation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, replenishment strategies, and procurement activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, process controls, and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Partner with purchasing and sales teams to improve forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and shipping/receiving processes to improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and effective supply chain performance.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse, customer service, and operations team members.
- Foster a high-performance culture through clear expectations, accountability, and employee development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Champion workplace safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Support sales initiatives by ensuring operational capabilities align with customer expectations and business objectives.

- Strong background in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or process optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting employees, and driving operational improvements.
