Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, processing, and shipping
  • Manage workflow, staffing plans, and shift execution to meet volume demands
  • Drive productivity and operational efficiency
  • Monitor labor utilization and control overtime
  • Ensure accurate inventory handling and order fulfillment
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Associates
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate operational reports
  • Ensure reporting accuracy across warehouse systems and performance tracking tools
  • Communicate performance results and operational updates to leadership

Climate Controlled Facility/Apparel/Day Shift - Sunday - Wednesday (Flexibility required with rotating shifts)

Performance Expectations

  • Meet productivity and service targets
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards
  • Deliver on-time performance
  • Control labor and operational costs
  • Provide accurate, timely performance reporting
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
  • Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong workforce planning and labor management skills
  • Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
