Job Description
Feldco, the #1 Window and Door Company in America (recognized by Window and Door Magazine), is looking for a motivated, organized and entrepreneurially driven individual to run the Operations department of our Cudahy office. The Operations Department is responsible for the scheduling, measuring, purchasing, installation and service of windows, siding, and doors. The details within these responsibilities are critical to the quality in Feldco's operation process. This position will require the ability to effectively manage these duties while also delivering outstanding customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage operations in order to maximize profitability, ensure product quality and delight our customers.
• Recruit, manage and train a staff of 4-6 individuals.
• Responsible for delivering results in accordance with metrics outlined: on-time, service free, customer delight, etc.
• Establish schedules for measure technicians and installation companies to ensure maximum productivity levels are met.
• Create and maintain a customer focused environment.
• Handle escalated issues with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Responsible for completing installer payables on a weekly basis.
• Onboard additional installation companies as business need arises.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
• Home improvement and construction industry experience required.
• At least 2+ years of prior management experience.
• Prior scheduling experience.
• Detailed oriented, organized and efficient. No tolerance for errors or oversights.
• Problem solving skills necessary to diagnose, implement and complete installations and service calls which result in total customer delight.
