Pay: Starting at  $52,000 - $90,000 Annually.

Begin a career with Jacksons Car Wash in our manager training program and move into a management position after training is completed and an opening is available. 
 

Some of what you’ll do as a Car Wash Manager (In-Training):

  • Lead a team to deliver quality service with an outstanding customer experience.
  • Coach team to create a positive, high-energy environment customers can feel.
  • Train and support team at varying levels of development.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring delivery of consistent, quality services in an urgent manner.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting property and facility.
  • Our MIT program will teach you our systems and philosophy; you must bring the drive, positive energy, hustle, and willingness to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in retail service and/or sales.
  • Management and strategic staff scheduling experience.
