Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that are carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, functional and personal training area, and more. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Find, hire and train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service.
  • Manage the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery staff, and Janitorial departments.


  • Greet, welcome, and assist members in using the facility.


  • Arrange and manage scheduling for operations staff.


  • Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this.


  • Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and studio classes.


  • Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts.


  • Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events.


  • Collaborate with other club departments daily to ensure alignment across functions.


  • Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same.


  • Eager to continue to learn about management skills development.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as may be needed.


  • Regular, reliable attendance required.


  • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Fitness industry experience and passion.


  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to work full time position (typically 40 hours/week).
  • Experience motivating a team.


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and quick to problem solve.
