They must be adept at handling a disparate and diverse workload while adding structure and systems to streamline processes. A high detail orientated and a steadfast commitment to getting things done well are essential for success in this role.

The Operations Manager must not only be driven to achieve results but also committed to doing it the “Gordy Way” by always living, and ensuring the team is living, the company culture and values, which is built on hard work, integrity, teamwork, and having a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing several critical areas of the business. The following table outlines the core responsibilities and the specific actions required to achieve success in each domain.

Act as a support system and ops partner for managers of Sales, Service, Storage and lakefront units.
