Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring an Operations Manager. This position is located in North Little Rock, AR.

The Operations Manager is responsible for creating high levels of client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company's contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of their services. The Operations Manager will exceed established standards of performance through continuous process improvement, training, and development of employees. They are seeking a candidate with proven exceptional leadership skills, who maintains a positive attitude and remains flexible and open-minded as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations, execute procedures, and keep key personnel accountable
  • Responsible for helping to achieve company goals
  • Respond to property damage emergency calls when required
  • Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and escalation issues
  • Attend or lead appropriate company meetings
  • Handle all inquiries for the team and demonstrate a high level of problem resolution and technical assistance
  • Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage CRM to ensure the company's highest success
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience within the Mitigation and Reconstruction Restoration Industry
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
  • Xactimate estimate writing proven experience
  • Industry specific certifications such as IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT and AMRT are desirable
  • Possess exceptional organizational, negotiating, planning skills (detail-oriented person)
