Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency
  • Manage Driver Routes and Inventory
  • Manage Fleet and Ensure DOT Standards are met
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and the community
  • Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.
  • Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers
  • Always put safety first


Qualifications



  • 2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on-time and within budget
  • Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)


Preferred Skills



  • CDL A or B License with Tanker & Hazmat
  • Forklift experience
  • 2 years management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
  • Knowledge of the Hampel Oil’s business and customer base


Pay range and compensation package



  • Average pay range: $83K - $87K a year.
  • Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed
