Job description

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Zoom's go-to-market engine, owning the systems, data, processes, and reporting that keep our revenue teams running with clarity and speed. You will partner closely with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leadership to set quarterly priorities and translate cross-functional decisions into airtight rules of engagement. Day to day, you will run pipeline and forecast cadences, maintain the integrity of our GTM data model, and build the signal-driven programs that turn product and customer insights into pipeline. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and have real scope to grow the function over time.

About the Team

The Revenue Operations team at Zoom sits at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market strategy, giving our CRO and revenue leaders the operational clarity they need to grow with confidence. We partner across sales, marketing, and customer success to build the processes, tooling, and reporting that keep every handoff clean and every pipeline review grounded in fact. We are a small, hands-on team with a broad mandate and a real appetite for building things that scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, license management, and vendor evaluations.

  • Build and maintain the GTM data model across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, billing, and product analytics, keeping it clean enough to power account-based and signal-based programs.

  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and monthly and quarterly forecast readouts covering new business and expansion, and produce executive-level reporting for the CRO and Head of Revenue Operations.

  • Design and enforce rules of engagement for inbound and outbound ownership, prospecting into large account hierarchies, and cross-team handoffs between SDRs, AEs, AMs, and CSMs.

  • Build lead routing, territory logic, and account hierarchy frameworks with a focus on speed to lead.

  • Partner with AM and CS teams to design signal-driven expansion programs powered by product and customer data, then automate them once proven.

  • Collaborate with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leadership to set quarterly priorities and drive the cross-functional projects that follow.

  • Triage the day-to-day RevOps request queue while maintaining progress on a longer-term roadmap.

  • Help the revenue organization extract real value from AI tools, from enablement and training to building new workflows.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years in revenue operations or sales operations at B2B SaaS companies, including at least 2 years owning the function or a significant part of it, ideally from an early or founding RevOps hire stage.

  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including Flows, data model changes, integrations, and full admin seat ownership, not just ticket-based requests.

  • Hands-on experience with a full GTM stack: sales engagement ( Salesloft , Outreach, or similar), scheduling and routing (ChiliPiper or similar), data providers (ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo , or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to run pipeline and forecast cadences and produce board-level reporting for a CRO or CEO.

  • Experience designing lead routing and cross-team rules of engagement across multiple GTM functions, with comfort navigating the complexity that comes with it.

  • Ability to pull and shape data independently using SQL or a BI tool such as Mode, Looker, or Equals.

  • Clear communicator at every level, from individual reps to the executive team, with the confidence to push back and explain why.
