Description

Our client is seeking a Regional Operations Manager. Our client is the leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products through the Midwest and Northern Rockies. They specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent veterans. As the Regional Operations Manager you will maintain and continue to build our strong reputation of customer service in the industry. You will oversee 5 branches based in Wisconsin and surrounding area.

This position will lead the effort to maintain and cultivate our operational partnerships, including the VA and long-term care facilities. As the leader of your region, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, and you will coach to improve your team members’ skills to strengthen their face-to-face customer/patient engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseesthe Branch Manager andprovidessupport to assigned branch offices. Branch Operation Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. Monitoring on call. (During off hours).

    This position requires travel between branch locations 50% of the time.

  • Oversee and assist assigned branches with staffing needs and issues; assist Branch Manager with disciplinary actions, hiring, termination and payroll of employees

  • Monthly analysis of operational data and delivery patterns to ensure branches are operating efficiently; provide monthly reports to assigned branches and VP of Operations.

  • Assist VP of Operations and Branch Manager with vehicle maintenance and vehicle replacement for assigned branches. (As well as delivering equipment when needed)

  • Maintaining service compliance at all assigned branches and regulatory agencies (i.e. FDA, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, etc.)

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Current state issued driver’s license.
