Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Supervisors to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. Candidates will be assigned to an area based on their experience and operational needs.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
  • Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.
  • Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
  • Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
