Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and strong client relationships across assigned sites or contracts. This role leads operational teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company and client standards.

Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00AM (Evening/Night Shfit)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations across assigned sites to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to achieve operational targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Lead, coach, and develop site supervisors and frontline teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and support teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in facilities management, hospitality, food services, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience managing 24-hour operations and teams.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with operational reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as required.
