POSITION SUMMARY: The Serenity House Operations Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the clinical and operational success of a high-acuity rehabilitation facility. This position ensures seamless day-to-day operations by facilitating strong communication between clients and multidisciplinary care teams, including nursing, behavioral health, and therapeutic services. The Operations Supervisor provides direct client support through education, skill development, and structured interventions that promote safety, engagement, and recovery. In addition to supervising facility staff and maintaining a therapeutic environment, this role performs critical administrative duties that contribute to care continuity, regulatory compliance, and improved client outcomes in a dynamic, treatment-focused setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's degree in a mental health field including psychology, social work, and behavioral sciences
  • 5 years of Chemical Dependency Treatment experience or
  • 5 years of Behavioral Health experience
  • State of Alaska Licensed Master Social Worker or
  • State of Alaska Licensed Professional Counselor
  • BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment
