You will also assist in conducting near miss and accident investigations, communicating findings to work groups, and supporting safe and efficient plant operations.Are you the Healy Operations supervisor we're looking for?To be considered for the Healy Operations Supervisor role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, although relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.Applicants should also have a minimum of five years of operations experience in an industrial coal-fired plant or related experience, along with demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills. Experience with electric and mechanical utility systems, labor contract administration, and contractor supervision is preferred.Candidates should also demonstrate strong organizational and supervisory abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, evaluate subordinates' work, and prepare comprehensive reports.Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
