Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of nine. I’ve been with State Farm since 2018, including time as a team member, and previously worked as a General Manager for a startup mobile car wash company.
I’m a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, married with a toddler son, and have a dog named Brooks who occasionally joins us in the office. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
