Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise salon staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
