DESCRIPTION
ThreeBridge Project Management professionals focus on guiding our clients through business and IT challenges. Consultants in our Project Management career track oversee cross-functional projects and effectively communicate project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business partners involved.
ThreeBridge looks for experienced consultants who will set and manage client expectations, anticipate client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and get the most out of the people and projects that they oversee, while delivering on time, within budget and scope.
QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully work with both business and technical teams
  • Demonstrated use of a structured iterative methodology
  • Strong conceptual grasp of technology; knowledge of client/server architecture and object oriented design/development
  • Interaction with executive team at companies with $500M+ in revenue
  • Experience using a Project Management tool, i.e. tracking plan & actual statistics from inception through implementation
  • Cross-functional team management experience
  • CAPM, PMP, CSM, and CSP Certifications
  • Six Sigma or ITIL experience
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
