This is a foundational role for someone who can help build a project management structure that will add value within the existing processes and team dynamics to keep work clear, efficient, and accessible for everyone involved.In this role, you will drive technological innovation in the irrigation industry, helping deliver advanced solutions designed to conserve water and promote sustainable practices. This role is pivotal in driving projects through the stage gate process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely execution, and clear documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. The Project Manager acts as a leader for development teams, providing organization and guidance to ensure team members work collaboratively and remain aligned on project goals.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end product development projects from concept ideation through commercialization, applying a structured stage-gate methodology to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Own progression through each gate by coordinating deliverables, reviews, and approvals.
Drive cross-functional team efficiency and alignment by planning, organizing, and facilitating regular project meetings with engineering, industrial design, marketing, sourcing, quality, and operations. Develop clear agendas, define objectives, assign action items, and ensure timely follow-up to keep teams focused and accountable.
