Job description

We are looking for an Operations Manager Night Shift who will:

  • Report to Design Delivery Center Director to contribute towards overseeing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the department.
  • Be accountable for daytoday production and service delivery within the Design and Delivery Center (DDC), ensuring client commitments are met while driving operational excellence and financial performance
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for production and client issues and partners closely with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs to deliver highquality, ontime, and costeffective print and mail output.
  • Build, coach, and develop highperforming teams and shape the DDC's evolving operating model.
  • Monitor departments daily. Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments.
  • Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a minimum of 10+ years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail or production expertise.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and can manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs.
  • Open to working a Night shift work schedule with on call responsibilities
  • Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and can perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend, stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis
  • Proficient in English in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$74,409.65-$119,052.96

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
