Job description

Triple J Holdings, a well-established, family-owned commercial landscape maintenance company, is seeking a President / General Manager to lead its operations in Fort Myers, Florida. With a legacy dating back to 1976, Triple J Holdings is recognized for its commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships with clients across Southwest Florida. This is a unique opportunity to join a company poised for significant growth and ownership transition, where your leadership will directly impact the organization’s future. The President / General Manager will work closely with ownership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and a people-focused culture, ensuring the company’s continued success and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with ownership to execute the company vision and strategic priorities across three branches.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to drive profitability and growth.
  • Implement and optimize scalable systems and standardized processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Facilitate weekly EOS Level 10 meetings and maintain organizational accountability.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor department leaders and managers, fostering leadership growth and succession planning.
  • Promote a high-performance, value-driven culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives related to ownership transition and next-generation leadership development.
  • Ensure strong communication, alignment, and trust between ownership and operational leadership.
  • Align daily operations with long-term growth and scalability objectives.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in roles such as General Manager, President, Director of Operations, or similar executive positions.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling a business with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams, with a focus on creating accountability and consistency.
  • Operational mindset with experience implementing systems and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity, humility, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in a family-owned business environment is preferred.
  • Experience in the landscape or related industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles is helpful.
Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000 per year, including a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses tied to profitability and revenue growth.
