Job description

Maximize Every Account. Win New Business. Lead the Charge in Sonoma County.

We’re looking for a sales-focused leader ready to dominate the Santa Rosa market.

In this high-energy role, you’ll lead both internal sales growth through the route team and external market expansion through the outside sales team. You’ll set the pace, drive accountability, and ensure every opportunity—from upselling an existing customer to winning a major new account—is captured.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation

Why This Role Matters

Our growth depends on two things:

  1. Increasing spend with current accounts by identifying needs, offering solutions, and maximizing every route stop.
  2. Accelerating new account acquisition with targeted, high-impact outside sales activity.

As Branch Sales Growth Leader, you’ll build the strategy, coach execution, and celebrate the wins that fuel both.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the route sales team to identify upselling opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
  • Drive outside sales performance through coaching, prospecting, and improving close rates.
  • Develop branch-wide sales campaigns that align internal and external teams.
  • Partner with operations to ensure service excellence supports every sales promise.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain a visible scoreboard to reinforce accountability.
  • Recognize and celebrate wins to keep energy high and competition strong.
  • Represent the branch at customer and community events across Sonoma County.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales leader with success in both account growth and new business acquisition.
  • A coach who elevates performance across all experience levels.
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on field selling with strategic planning.
  • A strong communicator who motivates and inspires.
  • A competitor who hates to lose more than they love to win.

Why You’ll Love Working for Auto-Chlor

  • We have a strong reputation for customer service and long-term client relationships, which aligns with our passion for building trust and delivering value.
  • We focus on employee development and promotion from within and drive continuous learning and career growth.
  • Our company’s team-oriented culture, where employees work closely together to solve problems, support customers, and contribute to a shared mission.
  • The company plays an important role in supporting restaurants, hospitality businesses, and local communities by helping maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
  • We combine industry-leading service with hands-on operational excellence, creating an environment where hard work and initiative are recognized and rewarded

This role is ideal for a driven leader ready to hit the ground running —building revenue from the inside out while expanding market share across Sonoma County.

If you’re ready to lead, compete, and grow in one of Northern California’s most dynamic regions, Santa Rosa is calling.
