About the Role:
Join STANLEY GB OPS LLC as an Assistant General Manager for our hotel in Greensboro, NC! This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
