Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our Holiday Inn property. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel leadership, exceptional guest service skills, and strong financial and operational management experience. Previous experience managing or working within an IHG-branded hotel is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining IHG brand standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members.
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability through effective budgeting and cost control.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and market performance.
Qualifications
  • Required: Previous management experience with an IHG-branded hotel (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, InterContinental, or other IHG brands).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and labor management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
