Job Description:

Abacus Intel is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the division's operational and administrative functions. This position is responsible for budgeting, internal invoicing, contract and billing administration, vendor management and procurement, and training documentation, and serves as a liaison to the parent company on legal and reporting matters. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure the division's financial and administrative operations run smoothly and will play a key role in supporting governance and reporting standards appropriate to a subsidiary of a publicly traded company. This position also oversees administrative support functions and serves as the central point of contact for operational matters affecting the division.

Responsibilities:

• Own Abacus Intel's back-office backbone: budgeting, internal invoicing, client contracts and billing, training documentation, and legal liaison work

• Submit division-level reporting up to Abacus Global Management

• Oversee vendor management/procurement for the division

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand and business goals

• Collaborate with executives to initiate operational strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, preferred

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related supervisory role

• Demonstrated background in budget development, financial forecasting, and cost control

• Proficiency in interpreting performance metrics 

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management abilities

Job Type: Full-time ONSITE Monday to Friday
