JOB DETAILS – OPERATIONS MANAGER

ABOUT CINC INDUSTRIES

CINC Industries is experiencing tremendous growth and is actively recruiting qualified staff, including an Operations Manager.  CINC Industries is located in Carson City, Nevada, and designs, manufactures, sells, and supports a series of centrifuges used in a variety of fields and applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, flavors and fragrances, nuclear and many others.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As an Operations Manager your essential functions will include:

  • Direct and coordinate machine shop activities for the design, manufacture, review, verification and validation of CINC products, processes, and engineering systems.
  • Directly supervise employees in the machine shop.
  • Interface with customers, regulatory authorities, the shop floor, and others to ensure effective design and development of products.
  • Confer with management and production to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
  • Maintain professional decorum associated with this upper management position at all times
  • Participate in training and courses, internal and external to the company as necessary to maintain personal continuous improvement.
  • Ability to use computer programs associated with the company i.e.; SolidWorks, Infor Visual, MS word, Excel, Unipoint, and CINC specific programs.
  • Display leadership abilities and teamwork effectiveness. Lead by example and be able to lead or participate in a team.
    • Lifting up to 50 lb., walking and standing in an environment of moderate sound will be required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and supervision is required.

JOB TYPE:

Full-time, permanent

Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
