POSITION DESCRIPTION
T. White Parker is hiring an Operations Manager to own and execute the company's full back-office function. This is a hands-on role. As such, you will be doing the work, not just managing people who do it. You will keep the company running smoothly across finance, HR, recruiting, contracts administration, vendor management, and internal systems while also supporting the CEO. This role is scoped for someone who wants to grow. As T. White Parker scales, this position is the foundation for a future VP of Operations.
What sets this role apart: we expect you to actively use AI tools and process automation to work smarter. You will not be given a rigid playbook; you will build one. If you see a manual process that could be automated, fix it. If there is a tool that eliminates five hours of weekly effort, find it and implement it.
