Job description

As an Operations Manager at Valley Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our facility. Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage and optimize resources to meet financial targets and budget goals.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-performance standards are met.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Experience in the fitness industry.
  • High Energy.
  • Trustworthy.
