Job description

We're Hiring: Clinic Operations Manager


Location: On-Site at our Phoenix, AZ clinic

Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Schedule: Full-time position Monday thru Friday, with shifts between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
(Flexibility will occasionally be required to support staff trainings, clinic events, and other operational needs outside typical hours.)

The Treetop ABA Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an Operations Manager to join our new Phoenix clinic! This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

As the Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the clinic running smoothly. You'll oversee daily operations, manage scheduling and care coordination, support behavior technicians and administrative staff, and partner closely with the Clinic Director. You'll also play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for families and helping build strong relationships within the local community.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs
  • Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery
  • Supporting staff and helping new team members onboard successfully
  • Partnering with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Assisting with community outreach and relationship-building

Schedule:
Full-time position with shifts between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM, depending on clinic coverage needs.

Requirements

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
  • 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience supporting or leading teams
  • Comfortable working on-site in a clinic environment
  • Self-motivated and collaborative
