In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and inspire your team to achieve beyond expectations. You'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction across our service areas.
Requirements
As our Maintenance Operation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews-scheduling labor, ordering materials, coordinating equipment, and managing subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented crew.
  • Providing hands-on training and leadership to crew leaders and crew members.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Performing regular site inspections, monitoring irrigation systems, plants, and turf health, and addressing issues proactively.
  • Maintaining clear communication with account managers, vendors, and the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Demonstrating teamwork capabilities by working in tandem with account managers to meet clients' property needs

The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 21 years old and willing to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn company software such as Aspire.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance and three (3) years in a grounds/commercial landscaping management position.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with native plants and horticultural knowledge
