Job description

Stretto is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support digital marketing across multiple business lines, including Stretto Intelligence (an AI-enhanced portfolio of products and services), Trustee Suite, and Corporate Restructuring. This role owns the operational backbone of our marketing initiatives including building and tracking campaigns across their respective platforms, keeping data flowing cleanly between systems, and delivering consistent, trustworthy reporting on campaign performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will be confident compiling and interpreting data to make strategic recommendations, using AI and integration tools to build dashboards and consolidated reports across our systems, regardless of whether a native integration exists.

The Marketing Operations Manager will be able to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with shifting priorities and simultaneous project deadlines. This role will also be expected to assist with content development and support related to industry conference marketing. This role can be based anywhere in the United States yet will be expected to travel to the company’s Irvine, CA headquarters a couple times a year.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and Track: build campaigns in their respective platforms across CRM, email, social, and in-app messaging, and configure the tracking, UTMs, and attribution that ensure every campaign is measured accurately from launch.
  • Report and Measure: deliver consistent, reliable reporting on campaign performance, including ROI. Establish a dependable reporting cadence so leadership always has a current view of what is working.
  • Analyze and Advise: speak confidently to the data, interpret campaign results, surface the story behind the numbers, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Consolidate and Automate: use AI and integration tools to build dashboards and consolidated reports that unify data from across our systems, including where no native integration exists.
  • Own the Stack: maintain the integrations that pass data between the CRM, marketing automation, email distribution, social platforms, and in-app messaging. Protect data integrity through deduplication, field mapping, and ongoing list hygiene.
  • Strategize: develop digital marketing and Account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization that meet the desired business outcomes.
  • Execute: roll up your sleeves and execute the strategy including content development, basic design, and digital channels (that may involve the support of vendors). Constantly measure and test to look for opportunities to optimize results.
  • Support Demand and Pipeline: support lead generation and pipeline development by building the programs, lifecycle stages, and lead routing that move prospects through the funnel, and equip the business development team with the leads and intelligence they need.
  • Contribute Content: pitch in on content creation when the team needs it. We pride ourselves on being versatile marketers who move across disciplines, and everyone contributes to the work.
  • Resourceful: find ways to get things done without having all ideal tools, techniques, or conditions readily available (progress over perfection). Think outside the box and find creative ways to solve challenges as they arise.
  • Project Manage: keep all initiatives on track and hold stakeholders accountable. Pay attention to details and utilize methodologies to keep the trains on time.
  • Work Well Under Pressure: effectively juggle priorities and apply focus to the most critical deadlines to make the biggest impact toward goals.
