Position Summary...What you'll do...Manager, Business Operations WFS - This role will report to a Sr Manager, Process Improvement within the WFS Business Operations Organization. Primary responsibilities in this leadership role will include working with operations teams and leaders in the Fulfillment Centers as well as leaders within WFS. This role will be a key interface between Fulfillment Centers, Product Developers, Account Managers, Seller Support, Partner Support, Transportation Partners, Business Operations, and Leaders throughout Walmart. This role will be central to the success of operations in the WFS business and will own performance and execution of WFS service integrations, operations, and processes; to include problem deep dives, data collection and reporting, process improvement, and the further development of tracking and performance measures. **This role may require 30% travel.   • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal; with ability to communicate / present, also ability to express complex technical topics clearly & easily.

  • Understanding, reporting, and improving Daily Operational performance - Improve and standardize operational metrics to help the Fulfillment centers service our customers and sellers with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaboratively bring cross functional teams together to track requirements, milestones, and actions necessary to successfully integrate new service offerings for WFS.
  • Build the Tools to Monitor WFS Operations - In collaboration with business analysts, build and develop measures and tools to monitor operations through advanced excel, basic level SQL, and tableau applications.
  • Understand the challenges and discover opportunities within Operation to focus efforts for improvement through standard work, program enhancements, and system updates.
