Job description

The Operations Hiring Assistant will assist in many facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and professionalism. You will contribute in the hiring of top employees to help serve the mission of Rapid Response Monitoring.

Rate of Pay

$20 per hour.

Location

In office: Henderson, NV

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment coordination and support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as: conducting assessment/testing with candidates.
  • Be a Rapid Response ambassador in networking and recruiting events.
  • Ensure all candidate notes are collected and stored appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and collaborate with hiring team.
  • Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication.
  • Highly collaborative.

Qualification Standards

  • High School graduate with equivalent General Education Degree
  • Holding or working towards an A.S. or B.S. degree

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office environment. Employee may be subject to some lifting, up to 10lbs.
