As the Manager of Business Operations & Sales Enablement, you will serve as a strategic business partner and operational leader responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, reporting excellence, and executive support across Atrium's Talent Solutions division. Reporting directly to the President of Talent Solutions, you will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support business performance through data-driven reporting, sales operations execution, meeting design, project management, and modernization initiatives.  

Responsibilities

BUSINESS OPERATIONS & SALES SUPPORT 

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize business reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Manage, execute, and enhance commission reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. 
  • Organize, analyze, and present business performance metrics, sales reports, and operational KPIs. 
  • Support sales teams through data enrichment initiatives, reporting enhancements, and process improvements. 
  • Create and maintain reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance and operational efficiency. 
  • Serve as a key business support resource across multiple teams and stakeholders. 

MEETING DESIGN & LEADERSHIP OPERATIONS 

  • Design, coordinate, and support execution of leadership meetings, business reviews, sales meetings, and strategic planning sessions. 
  • Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and leadership communications. 
  • Develop agendas, meeting content, presentation materials, and follow-up communications. 
  • Facilitate decision tracking, action planning, and accountability across teams. 
  • Ensure meetings are structured to drive engagement, alignment, and measurable outcomes. 

 PROJECT MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC INITIATIVES 

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and modernization initiatives. 
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational scalability. 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and progress reporting. 
  • Track initiative outcomes and ensure successful execution against business objectives. 

SHAREPOINT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT 

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint repositories, including commission plans, reporting resources, and operational documentation. 
  • Establish governance and organization standards for business-critical information. 
  • Improve accessibility and consistency of reporting and operational resources.

  • That the ELT has exec-ready presentations and briefing materials prepared in advance of all major meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

Required Experience 

  • 5-6 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, executive support, or a related field within a business services or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with or supporting senior executives in fast-paced, sales-driven organizations.
  • Strong track record in reporting, analytics, commissions, and operational execution. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Technical Skills 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, complex reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Canva presentation skills.
  • Strong SharePoint administration and content management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Demonstrated embrace and application of AI tools to drive efficiency and output quality.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
