Responsibilities

Empower AI: Directly support the Business Unit (BU) lead and lead PMs for large, complex projects, and work directly with key customers. Responsible for the overall management of specific operational projects, growth efforts, and advancing AI/automation across the BU. Performs enterprise‑wide integration and interfaces with all functional support teams. Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates aspects of BU wide strategy.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing very large and complex programs
  • Exercises a high level of independent judgment and initiative in solving highly complex problems
  • Coordinates scheduling, pricing, and technical performance for a subset of key programs
  • Lead aspects of BU high priority pursuits and growth opportunities
  • Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and on schedule
  • Drives AI/automation efficiencies and works directly with the CTO team to solve operational use cases
  • Accountable for core portions of Revenue, Profit, Bookings, and DSO to meet FY account plans
  • Develop creative solutions (ex. white papers, AI/automation) to solve emerging customer challenges
  • Periodic travel to customer and operational locations
Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
  • 10-15 years supporting military focused contracts
  • Secret Clearance
