Salary Range: $105,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

Position Overview

Sagemont Hotels is currently hiring for a Regional Director of Operations. The Regional Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership to a portfolio of select service hotels, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. This role acts as the key link between corporate leadership and property teams, driving accountability, consistency, and performance across multiple locations by empowering hotel teams to deliver on our Wings of Excellence promise and sustain our mission to Soar to Success.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight
  • Oversee daily operations and financial performance of assigned hotels.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, corporate SOPs, and ownership objectives.
  • Review P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.
Leadership & Development
  • Coach and develop General Managers and property leaders to achieve excellence.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest‑first service.
  • Partner with the President of Hotels and Corporate Directors to implement strategic initiatives.
Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for revenue, guest service, and labor management.
  • Conduct regular property visits, audits, and leadership reviews.
  • Support transitions, acquisitions, and openings within assigned regions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management required.
  • Minimum 7 years of multi‑unit hotel management experience.
  • Previous experience with Marriott, Hilton and IHG select service hotels.
  • Proven record of driving performance and mentoring high‑level property leaders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Frequent travel to hotel properties required.

Full‑time position based at the Loma Linda Campus.
