PM Director of Operations

As a Manager, you have one of the most important jobs at our Chick-fil-A restaurant: you are in charge of ensuring that every guest is treated with honor, dignity, and respect as well as ensuring the team has all the resources and skills necessary to perform their jobs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Experience - You are responsible for ensuring each guest has a

"REMARK"able experience during their visit with us. This means utilizing the team to their strengths and reallocating when necessary. You also need to be in-touch with the needs of the guest during the shift.

Food Safety - The safety of our guests, particularly food safety, is paramount.

Being aware of your behavior and actions as it affects food safety in the restaurant is critical and one of the most important things you will do.
